Event Overview

• The Knight's Tourney is a creativity competition hosted by Pickle Bricks celebrating custom LEGO® minifigure creations using genuine LEGO minifigures and compatible accessories.

• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• Pickle Bricks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event at any time if necessary to preserve the fairness or integrity of the competition.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to individuals who meet the requirements outlined on the official entry page.

• Participants must submit an original custom knight creation.

• Employees, affiliates, or individuals directly involved in administering the event may be deemed ineligible at Pickle Bricks' discretion.

Entry Requirements

• Each participant may submit only the number of entries permitted by the official event page.

• Entries must be original works created by the participant.

• Submissions may utilize genuine LEGO® minifigures together with Pickle Bricks and other compatible accessories.

• Entries containing offensive, discriminatory, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content may be rejected.

• Pickle Bricks reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet the spirit or requirements of the competition.

• Once an entry has been approved, it cannot be modified, substituted, or withdrawn from the competition.

Submission Approval

• All entries are subject to manual review before appearing in the competition.

• Approval does not guarantee advancement beyond the first voting round.

• Pickle Bricks reserves sole discretion over submission approval.

Voting Rules

• Voting will occur across multiple elimination rounds as published on the official voting schedule.

• Only one vote is permitted per account and per household for each voting round.

• Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or manipulated votes may be removed without notice.

• Pickle Bricks reserves the right to investigate suspicious voting activity at any time.

• Any participant found attempting to manipulate voting may be immediately disqualified.

• Pickle Bricks' determination of vote validity and final results is final.

Discounts & Voting Rewards

• Weekly voting rewards are available only to eligible voters.

• Weekly discount codes are generally distributed after each voting period concludes and are valid during the following voting phase.

• Final event discounts are based on consecutive participation as outlined on the official event page.

• Discount codes:

  • Have no cash value.

  • Cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

  • May not be combined unless expressly stated.

  • May exclude certain brands, products, or promotions.

• Pickle Bricks reserves the right to revoke discounts obtained through abuse or fraudulent activity.

Knight's Tourney Exclusive Collection

• Access to Knight's Tourney Exclusive products is limited to eligible participants as determined by Pickle Bricks.

• Access credentials, passwords, links, or member privileges may not be shared.

• Orders placed by customers who are not authorized participants may be cancelled at Pickle Bricks' sole discretion.

• Any payments for cancelled unauthorized orders will be fully refunded.

• Pickle Bricks reserves the right to suspend or revoke exclusive access at any time if these Terms are violated.

Prizes

• Prizes are awarded as described on the official Knight's Tourney page.

• Prize values are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

• Pickle Bricks reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

Participant Rewards

• Approved entrants will receive any participation rewards described on the official event page.

• Participation rewards are limited to approved entries only.

• Rewards may not be duplicated through multiple submissions or abuse of the entry system.

Intellectual Property & Promotional Rights

• By entering the competition, participants confirm they own or have permission to use all content submitted.

• Participants grant Pickle Bricks a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display submitted entries.

  • Share photographs and videos.

  • Feature submissions on social media, websites, livestreams, email campaigns, convention displays, and future promotional materials.

• Participants retain ownership of their physical creations.

Sportsmanship & Fair Play

Participants agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, VPN manipulation, fake accounts, or automated voting.

• Harass competitors or voters.

• Impersonate another participant.

• Submit misleading or plagiarized entries.

• Interfere with the operation of the event.

Violations may result in:

• Vote removal.

• Entry disqualification.

• Loss of prizes.

• Revocation of discounts or exclusive access.

• Temporary or permanent exclusion from future Pickle Bricks events.

Technical Issues

• Pickle Bricks is not responsible for:

  • Website outages.

  • Internet connectivity issues.

  • Browser incompatibilities.

  • Lost, delayed, or incomplete submissions.

  • Email delivery failures.

  • Third-party platform interruptions.

Event Changes

• Pickle Bricks may:

  • Modify event dates.

  • Adjust voting schedules.

  • Update prizes.

  • Clarify rules.

  • Cancel or postpone portions of the event if circumstances require.

Limitation of Liability

• Pickle Bricks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Knight's Tourney.

• Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.

Privacy

• Personal information collected during the event will be used solely for administering the competition, distributing rewards, fulfilling prizes, and communicating event updates in accordance with the Pickle Bricks Privacy Policy.

Final Decisions

• All decisions made by Pickle Bricks regarding:

  • Entry approval

  • Eligibility

  • Voting validity

  • Discounts

  • Prizes

  • Rule interpretation

  • Disqualifications are final and binding.
